On the agenda for our meeting this week was an introduction to intermediate features of the SmartBoard.

We started out reviewing the basics and then moved on to more advanced features. A couple of teachers got up to “play” and experiment, but most decided to try out the techniques and tools on their own. I hope that as we continue to meet, everyone will get more comfortable around each other and be a little bit more adventurous. Nothing ventured… Nothing gained…. Plus, the idea of working in small groups is so that we can learn from each other!!

Besides going over the mechanics of the SmartBoard we spent time looking at websites that are great resources for the SmartBoard.

We ended with a look at future topics…..

In the future I think it would be more interesting if we could take some photos or make a video podcast of our meetings……
